I retrained in 2025 as a personal trainer, and I want to share the last 15 years of experience with you so you can achieve your goals too.

What I Offer
Whether you fancy learning from video sessions, live virtual classes, or fully face-to-face training, each option begins and wraps up with an in-person session — because nothing beats a proper hello and goodbye.
(all options need an in person at the start and at the end)

Everyone has a different body and different goals. Together, we can make you even more awesome.
Everybody has a different body and a different level of experience with training and fitness.

That's why your plan needs to be tailored to you personally.
My approach is all about training in ways and at times that allow you to achieve your goals with your body and your lifestyle.
